2 · Processing when visiting this website
Each time the site is accessed, your browser transmits technically necessary data which the web server stores in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
- browser type and operating system used and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer)
Purpose: establishing and maintaining the connection, ensuring system security and operational stability, and technical administration.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) subpara. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest in the technically faultless provision and the security of the website.
Storage period: the hosting provider retains the log files for 14 days and then erases them automatically.
The hosting provider’s administration interface (cPanel) also generates access statistics from these data (IP address, previously visited page, country of origin, browser). We use them solely for technical administration and not to identify visitors. The statistics remain stored until we delete them.
3 · Hosting
This website is hosted by DomainFactory GmbH, c/o WeWork, Neuturmstraße 5, 80331 Munich, Germany. The data are processed exclusively on servers located in the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. No personal data are transferred to third countries.
4 · Cookies and third-party services
This website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics, tracking, map, font or other third-party services. Consent pursuant to § 25 Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TDDDG) is therefore not required; there is no cookie banner.
5 · Contact by e-mail or telephone
If you contact us, we process the information you provide solely in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) subpara. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest in responding to your request. The data are erased as soon as the request has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6 · Recipients
Personal data are not passed on to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named above acting as a processor bound by instructions.
7 · Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17) and to restriction of processing (Art. 18), as well as the right to object to processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21).
